A certified translation of your qualifications is required to apply to colleges in Ireland. The documents to be translated are – in most cases – your most recent diploma, the corresponding transcripts as well as any employment / internship contracts supporting your professional experience. The translation of documents such as CV and cover letter does not have to be certified. Be careful though to get your translation corrected by a bilingual person or an English-speaking friend if you do not speak English perfectly.
